I have been teaching upholstery design for Strode College, Somerset Skills and Bath College leisure classes since 2015 alongside private smaller workshops in Somerset. The classes combine design, practical techniques and skills while encouraging individual creative flair.
As an Interior Designer, who graduated from Kingston University, I have worked in the UK and overseas on various projects for over 30 years. Projects included airports, shopping centres, standalone retail settings and high-end residential projects.
After completing a Research Master's focused on Interior Design curriculum in 2023, I have turned to design education working part-time as an Art & Design Lecturer for Sparsholt FE College, as a 3D Design specialist across courses.
I believe creative learning should be accessible and affordable to all. I have enjoyed leisure courses throughout my adult life including tailoring and life drawing.
