Dawn Gorman is an editor, creative writing workshop leader and poetry mentor, and also works with creative writing in therapeutic contexts. She is poetry editor of Caduceus magazine, and co-produces and presents the monthly poetry programme The Poetry Place on West Wilts Radio. Her poetry publications include the Brian Dempsey Award-winning Instead Let Us Say (Dempsey & Windle, 2019); two Pushcart Prize-nominated books, This Meeting of Tracks (Toadlily Press, 2013) and Aloneness is a Many-Headed Bird (Hedgehog, 2020, with Rosie Jackson), and most recently, The Bird Room (Hedgehog, 2023).
