Come and enjoy painting in different media, for example, watercolour, acrylic and silk paint. You will try painting on different types of paper, canvas and fabric, including silk. You will also use tissue paper for collage.
Jeanette will offer different sources of inspiration from contemporary artists' work, photographs and natural resources. Together, you will discuss ideas and techniques.
You will explore painting the landscape of the sea, beach and sky and consider the different movements that the sea water makes. Or, you can choose to paint trees, leaves, flowers, and mountains, anything that relates to the natural world and the shapes and colour the natural world creates. Breathe, live and embrace the sounds of the natural world with meditative music.
You can also write a poem that will relate to your painting. Explore your inner creative self and paint your own picture in a relaxing and peaceful environment. All abilities welcome.
