An exercise class focusing on movements and mobilisations that improve fitness, posture, flexibility and core strength, and the alleviation of pain and stress from the body. The class is particularly aimed at those new to exercise and/or who have pain or stress in their body.
The body is built to move in different creative ways. This class will teach you how to do this safely and simply and will be tailored to a range of abilities and levels.
All are welcome as everyone can improve their posture, flexibility and body symmetry.
