A gentle exercise class focusing on core strength, balance, posture, flexibility and mobility. Exercises are tailored to people's abilities with adjustments and alternatives available to ensure the class is accessible for everyone.
For older clients this class helps with mobility, balance (for avoiding falls) functional strength and maintaining bone density. For younger clients, this class compliments more intense exercise routines—particularly running and cycling—by warding off injury. I particularly recommend this class for anyone suffering from back, shoulder or knee pain.
